MB-SR50N MB-SR50N HI+ facade systems
The MB-SR50N mullion-transom system is designed for the production and installation of lightweight, hung & in-filled curtain walls, as well as roofs, skylights and other structures. Following the latest architectural trends, it enables the selection of mullion and transom profiles that run flush with each other on the inside surface of the façade, resulting in different variants of the external appearance. The system is also the basis for the MB-SR50N HI+ version with enhanced thermal insulation and fire protection. It is also integrated with various types of openings, such as tilt and parallel opening windows, roof windows and façade-integrated windows. A wide selection of solutions based on the MB-SR50N façade enables architects and designers to complete even the most daring projects within aluminium and glass constructions.
MB-SR50N / MB-SR50N HI


A version with the best thermal and acoustic insulation specifications, which uses a modified insulator made of Pe. In addition to high protection against thermal conductivity, the appropriately shaped insulator also ensures the proper mounting of screws that fix the pressure strips, which is important during the installation of a façade. New accessories in this system also give a wider choice of glazing.
MB-SR50N EFEKT


MB-SR50N IW


The mB-SR50N IW system enables the use of inward opening windows, integrated with mullion and transoms profiles. A façade with the tilt and turn window looks identical to the adjacent fixed glass windows. A key advantage of this system is diversity – there are 3 variants available: standard, with a flat strip and an EFEKT type structure.
MB-SR50N OW


The structure of the tilt and parallel opening window has been designed with two glazing options: standard glazing with an external strip to fix the glazing and emphasise the outline of the window or as a frameless structure, where the structural silicone is used to bond the outer pane to the aluminium frame. It caters to structures with large dimensions and high technical specifications.
MB-RW


The mB-RW roof window is designed for installation on roofs with an inclination angle ranging between 3° to 75° relative to the ground. They are shaped in such a way as to ensure a window cross-section that is as compact as possible, so as not to protrude significantly beyond the roof surface, while guaranteeing proper drainage of rainwater. The hinges are hidden inside the profiles, which protects them against atmospheric conditions. The mB-RW is therefore very aesthetic, and at the same time durable and functional.
